MYSTERY SOLVED ON LEMON WATER WITH CAYENNE PEPPER

We’ve all heard about the benefits of lemon water with cayenne pepper. Talk about a real lure for the natural remedy! Even the bombshell mega mogul entertainer, Beyonce has used the warm citrusy method for cleansing!

While I prefer cleanses, I stay away from radical cleanses and steer towards natural food cleanses. So, word up… I want detoxification through foods that naturally detox and cleanse the body. I’m talking the bomb (no pun intended) way to stay healthier and happier over the long run. ;D

The folks at my local Whole Foods say some folks cannot live without this natural remedy every morning. So, drinking a warm glass of fresh squeezed lemon juice with organic cayenne pepper water is a practice that they do every morning to help stimulate the body’s detoxification processes. So, I figured I might try this lemon pepper concoction.

This morning right after waking up, I shuffled downstairs to heat a cup of filtered water. I juiced half a lemon into a glass citrus reamer then I top off with a whooping ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. OPPS!! Then, I realized that this amount might not be just quite right so I emptied about ¾ of cup and started the process over again. This time, it was non-irradiated pepper perfection! So, I finished this detox drink with spicy pepper pleasure. And, I waited 15 minutes before I ate my breakfast!

Why are people drinking this spicy pepper pleasure drink? Seriously, lemon juice and cayenne pepper have a lot of anti-fungal, immune boosting and detoxifying properties.

Lemon is a natural detoxifier as Vitamin C transforms toxins into digestible particles. Moreover, the lemons offer many antioxidants and electrolytes including potassium, calcium and magnesium. Lemon is also know to stimulate the liver’s natural enzymes by helping to oxygenate the body. As a side benefit, the lemons helps to neutralized the body’s PH by making the body more alkaline.
